[That is one thing Richard does not need to be told to do. He's clinging onto the harness for dear life and just trying to remember how to breathe, because that's suddenly become rather difficult.
Out of the corner of his eye, he thinks he sees a vague blue blur that must be the planet out the window of the pod. It's hard to tell, though; for all he knows, it could be a lake or something. Or the sky. He can't even tell whether they're still in the atmosphere right now or not.
[It's been a long time since Isamu's been on a ride like this one - mostly because he's been in Luceti. It's a good rush, and he figures he can take the rest of it if it continues to be like this. This is bearable.
Not that he's going to move much to see how Richard's handling it. He's clinging to his harness just as hard.]
[Richard is still a novice to the land of amusement parks, his only previous exposure to them having been Luceti Land. Certainly nothing like this. He's pretty sure his heart (and stomach) somehow missed the memo that the ride was starting and are still waiting back on the platform.
... and then the ride is over just as soon as it began, the tractor beam catching hold of the pod to pull it back down into the atmosphere. Richard isn't about to let go of his harness just yet, though, not until he's 100% certain they're back on the ground.
And he totally didn't just squeak a little. Nope, not at all.]
[Richard would care more if he weren't currently feeling like his stomach is finally catching up to him... and oh, that is not a pleasant sensation at all. In fact, he looks almost green as the pod jolts to a stop back at the platform and the doors open to allow the attendants in to unharness them.
That... was an experience. And one he's not sure he wants to repeat.]
[That's about all Richard can manage at the moment. He can't tell if the pod is swaying or if it's just him, but either way, his stomach feels like it's doing loop-the-loops.]
[He's moving as soon as the attendant unstraps him, however-- right down to the ground on his knees, because standing up takes coordination that he doesn't have right now.]
I think we are.
[Oh ground, blessed, glorious ground, he is not leaving you ever again.]
[It's going to take some assistance for him to be able to walk without wobbling all over the place, much less stand up. He'll make a valiant attempt, though, even if it ends in him almost pitching right back over.]
Are you sure? I don't want to end up knocking you over as well...
[Because Isamu really doesn't look all that much more stable than he is. Still, he is grateful for the offer, as it at least gives him that much more balance.]
[That's all the encouragement Richard needs to lean on his friend... maybe a little bit harder than he really means to, but standing is hard when everything is still spinning somewhat. :(]
[Lead away and he will happily follow before his legs give out beneath him. He practically collapses onto the bench once they reach it, heaving a sigh and lowering his head between his knees as he takes deep breaths in the hopes of quelling his nausea.]
