Richard, I know you're gonna see this, you asshole.

Times are tough. I get it. I know you're upset. But running away all the time isn't going to fix shit.

And if you don't get back here... Something's gonna happen, man. I'm in deep trouble here and I'm afraid.

I don't want to die again.

[Okay, that's pouring it on a little thick, but if calling for help doesn't get the blond to come back (fake as it is), he doesn't know what will.]

[Isamu can be found in your local grocers, plucking items off the shelf and tossing them into the basket with very little care. He seems irritated by something, and it isn't actually the current event.

Yet.

He may snap at you if you get in his way, though.]

[action - Itachi]

[Itachi finds these events... somewhat disturbing, and yet his curiosity keeps him from staying within his house for the duration of it (even if this may be the best option in the long run).

Instead he may be found sitting in Seventh Heaven with just a cup of tea, listening to various new patrons come and go.]

[Hubert is not at all happy about waking in the produce section (again), though he has no wings to cause him additional discomfort this time around. Blinking, then shaking away the drowsiness of waking, he hastily pushes himself off.

He's barely been on his feet for five minutes when he happens upon a familiar figure.]

. . . Sir Isamu.

[musubi]

[Isamu stops at the familiar voice. He catches the lack of wings, frown deepening - though not in anger.]

So you remember me, huh?

[Action]

[And see this Richard does, just as Isamu was hoping. Also just as Isamu was hoping, this plays right into his guilt complex and his protectiveness over his friend; combine that with what Sanji told him about this Naoki's conversation with Isamu, and you get a genuinely concerned Richard who thinks that Isamu might be in danger.

Okay, correct that. A slightly panicked Richard who is pretty sure that Isamu IS in danger. Either way, that's all it takes to finally pry him away from where he's been hiding at the hot springs for the past two weeks and send him jogging back home, perhaps a bit faster than is really prudent.]

[The frown from before hadn't escaped his notice; for the time being, Hubert will courteously focus on the immediate "now."

He nods.]

I remember everything and everyone. Not one memory is hazy—which is rather odd, as I seem to recall that the wings are what made communication between otherworlders feasible.

How long has it been?

[Action]

[musubi]

[And Isamu will be... in the kitchen. Because why not, right? Gotta put these cooking skills to use somehow.

Richard barging into the house causes him to grab a knife and hold it up as if he knows what to do with it, because that's just a little bit startling.]

[musubi]

[He shrugs. Frankly, he doesn't care to think of the ins and outs of that sort of thing.]

I'm bad at keeping track of time here. Couple months? Maybe more?

[Action]

[The fact that Isamu is holding up a knife doesn't do anything to reassure Richard, that much is for certain. Instead, though he doesn't have his sword with him, he whirls around in search of an invisible assailant, ready to cast a spell if needed.

Welcome home?]

[Hubert shakes his head.]

I dread to think of what's transpired in the house since my departure.

[He has great faith in his brother, Isamu. Can you tell?]

[Action]

[musubi]

[Isamu sighs and sets the knife back on the counter.]

It's okay, Richard. You just startled me, man.

[musubi]

[He snorts.]

Oh come on. We're not that hopeless.

[Action]

[ledbythewind]

[It takes Richard a moment, but he finally relaxes somewhat and turns to face Isamu, confusion evident on his face.]

You aren't being attacked? But your message...

[ozwell]

Frankly, I pity whoever has to put up with my brother's tendencies for so long.

. . . Or did he leave as well?

[Action]

[musubi]

Dude, if I was in the process of being attacked I would have called on someone I knew for a fact was close. I didn't know where you were.

I said I was worried something was going to happen.

[musubi]

Your brother's Asbel, right? [Like he keeps track of these things.]

Nah, he's still here.

[Action]

[His eyes narrow slightly.]

I came back because I thought you were in immediate danger.

[ozwell]

[That he doesn't say otherwise should be affirmation enough.]

And everyone else?

[Action]

[musubi]

Well good.

I'm glad to know that if someone did plan on ripping my balls off and feeding them to their dog, you could be bothered to come out of whatever corner you'd buried yourself in to help me.

[musubi]

They come and go.

[He shrugs.]

What's that girl - Sophie? I think she's gone.

[Action]

[Normally Richard would make a joke or tease Isamu about the crude expression, but now? Now he's exhausted, in an all-around bad mood, and to top it off, Isamu is being snarky at him.

He's not in the mood for this.]

And I'm glad to know that you trust me so much that this would even be a question in the first place.

[ozwell]

As expected of Luceti.

[He points one booted foot in the direction of the entrance. His intention is to go to the house and check on it.]

. . . I'm uncertain of how long I'll be here. You'll have to understand my haste.

[musubi]

...What, do you think you need to take the time to fix up the house or something?

[Action]

Of course I trust you.

But you went and ran off as usual, and here Naoki's back not remembering anything. Yeah, I know it's a sore subject, but do you even know what that means?

Perhaps. But my foremost intention is to see how the others are faring, and what the goings-on are. It has been a while.
