[A tired sounding voice] Oi. Naoki. Where're you going?

Huh? [Pause.] Just out for a bit. Why?

Please don't, man. My senses are starting to return to normal, but I feel like shit. I don't wanna be stuck in here on my own...

Oh...sorry. R-right. I'll stay around, then. D'you need anything...?

[...So easy, Naoki.] Yeah... Some water. No. Some tea. I'm sick of water. And... maybe a blanket.

[The sound of footsteps as he turns.] Okay, can do.

Oh, and what do we have to eat? I could go for something sweet right now.

I picked up groceries the other day--and some snacks. I'll check.

[It's hard enough to hide his smirk that Isamu covers half his face with the blanket.]

[Ted grins, a little sheepish for being late at least, and makes his way in, making sure Nami is following.] Ready?

Hey, guys. [Voice low. And following Ted in, bearing one (1) make up kit.]

[Rummaging in the bathroom. But he will be derping on into the living room in a few minutes, slowing as he sees who it is. Blinking.]

Ted? Nami...? What're you guys doing here?

[DON'T MIND THE SLIGHTLY SUSPICIOUS TONE.]

It seems Sir Isamu accidentally left his journal open... they overheard your conversation earlier, so they stopped by to see if he was all right.

[See? Totally innocent.]

[Still mostly beneath the blankets, Isamu holds his journal up with one hand.]

That's right. You don't have to sound like that, Naoki. [Box has been casually hidden before Naoki could spot it.]

Feeling okay there, Isamu? [Rolling with it.]

[Don't mind Nami, guys. She's just gonna give Isamu a quick smile and find a place to perch. The make up kit doesn't appear to be in evidence. ~~Maybe she hid it in her cleavage.~~ She'll just lurk here for the time being.]

[Naoki blinks at that. Suspicion gone!]

[And that's totally not a sidelong glance Richard is giving his co-conspirators.]

[Inwardly facepalming at Naoki. So. Hard.]

[Surprisingly keeping his face free from any suspicious intentions.] What was he looking for?

I was looking for some medicine and stuff for Isamu. [Blink.]

Ah! I left it in there. Just a second. [Scooting off to the bathroom.]

[And once he's gone, Richard will be turning to the others.]

I hope so. I can only keep this up for so long.

So~ Who wants to volunteer to keep him down while we do the deed? [Said softly enough, of course, for only the people present to hear, but not Naoki.]
