[A heavily drugged figure is stumbling out of the woods near the grocery store. He doesn't get far before slumping against the side of the building and sliding down into a sprawl. Everything is spinning, even after he's stationary.

He closes his eyes, rubbing at them with one hand.] Son of a bitch...

[Once Isamu has returned to his apartment, the following message will be left over the journal.]

[ooc: So yes. I'm back from hiatus! ...I also have some issues with breaking continuity, so once one person has found him, everyone else should only respond via the journal. Naoki, however, has rights to join the action thread at any time if he doesn't find him first. Sorry for being kinda lame like that.]

Naoki? [Isamu blinks at him a bit.

...Wow, those green markings are leaving little trails whenever his friend moves around and it's really hypnotic.]

Hey, man. Good to see you.

The two of you know each other?

[Naoki's shoulders slump with relief. He reaches out a hand to set on Isamu's shoulder.]

Hey, yourself...m'glad you're back. [A brief glance over to Kikyou at the question.] Yeah, he's my best friend.

What, thought you could get rid of me?

[He smiles crookedly and points at him, looking to Kikyou.] S'Naoki. He's a good guy. He glows.

...I can see that.

Heh, like I'd want to.

[Said to Isamu, and Kikyou is granted only a brief glance before he focuses his attention back to his friend.] Can you walk back home, or should I carry you?

I'll walk if you can hold the ground steady. [He starts to pull himself away from the wall only to fall back against it again.]

[Naoki steps close to steady him.]

It's gonna be, until those drugs're out of your system. I can't do much about that. C'mon.

[Isamu makes only a faint noise of complaint, clutching Naoki's shoulder.]

...Is the hot chick coming too? [Because she was totally about to let him real close to her, dammit.]

Careful, don't wanna encourage him.

[Said with a touch of humour. He supports his friend with one arm, urging him to walk.] But I've got him. You can walk with us a little, if you really want to. [Only a little, though, he says--Naoki's already kicked into protective mode.]

[Isamu will walk... well, stumble, as best he can. Most of his weight will be on Naoki, though.]

You should always encourage me. I'm incorrigible. [And that really only makes sense to the drug-addled.]

Mmhm, you're incorrigible, all right.

[You just stumble along there, Isamu. It's not as though it's hard for Naoki to support most of his weight, anyway. And along they go to the community building--he'll be glancing over on occasion as they go.]

No. Thank you for the offer. I hope you get better quickly.

[Isamu's gonna earn himself a bit of a nudge from a frowning Naoki--who then turns his attention to Kikyou, ducking his head a bit.]

What? She's totally a babe. ...And she's leaving. Aww...
