I'd say that all depends on your definition of ridiculous.

Of course it depends on MY definition. If it depended on yours I'd be wearing frills.

In that case...

[Run, Isamu. Run for your life, or Richard is going to be raiding the closet to find something to stuff you in.]

I'll deny that I know you and it won't be too far from the truth.

That ring says otherwise.

[Hmm, what would look good on Isamu? Perhaps that cravat over there... just sort of sidling over towards it.]

So we assume...

[Backing up slowly...]

[ledbythewind]

[TOO LATE, he has seized the cravat and is pouncing.

If Isamu is lucky, he'll be fast enough to avoid this. If not... well, he'll fall victim to frills.]

[Pounced!

He squirms something fierce, though.]

Dammit! Stop that!

[ledbythewind]

Just hold still, I want to see how this looks...

[Although that's easier said than done, as it's hard to get it around Isamu's neck while he's squirming like that.]

Nope nope nope nope... urgh.

[Despite his protests, he finally gives in. Hell, he doesn't remember anything. Maybe these clothes are actually his. Maybe him not liking them now just has something to do with the amnesia.

But he doubts it.]

[At last Richard manages to get the cravat secured in place, then pulls back a little to admire his handiwork. Hmm... something isn't right.

Ah, the hat. He plunks that back on Isamu's head and studies the effect intently...]

[Isamu just linefaces at him, not feeling right in this outfit in the slightest.]

... I'm not sure it suits you at all. At least, not with that shirt. Perhaps you were right after all.

Of course I was right. [Yeah, he hadn't known for sure either.]

[ledbythewind]

[All right, he'll relent and take the cravat off, then let Isamu up.]

You're spared from the position of sidekick too, unless you have particularly strong feelings otherwise.

No thanks. I'll take my out where it's given.

[Thank goodness. This top feels confining.]

[Richard just laughs and pats him on the back before resuming rummaging through the closet and the dressers in search of any sort of accessories that would look vaguely superhero-esque.

What is his life, he isn't even sure.]

[Isamu couldn't even answer that, seeing as he can't remember.]

Just let me dress myself from now on.

[No, he can't hide a smile, both at Isamu's expression and his response.]
